The Cherry Orchard

Directed by Kelly O’Donnell

Written by Anton Chekhov

Performed at The Theatre at Schapiro, Columbia University, November 2019

The play tells the story of a desperate family struggling to come to terms with the changing world around them, the looming memory of a dead child, and the sins of the past that haunt them. The past, present, and future collide in Chekhov’s final play that examines who will rise and who will fall during times of social upheaval.
